The journey to making changes largely circulate around the availability of human resource. Largely, communities with ready and willing human resource are set to develop but same can not be said of my locality - KPANDAI.
KPANDAI is a locality in the Northern part of Ghana blessed with several resources and man power. It can be confirmed that the GOD given land situated around the KPANDAI stretch supports almost all crops provided interest is magnified.
However, the lack of interest and the rate of neglect has left us poor with the human resource languishing in pain.
